What We Do

We’re designing and prototyping low-cost, effective pumps to recover oil and other pollutants from canals, rivers, and ports — starting with Europe’s inland waterways.

GAIA crafts small, mobile “awareness boats” that sail through cities and towns, sparking conversation, education, and community engagement at every port.
